New Dawn Academy/OIA is our charter school partner that covers curriculum costs for the year for your child. Please complete this form to enroll with them.

After completing this form OIA will be in touch with a Dropbox link for you to upload required documents (proof of residency in Michigan, child’s birth certificate, and immunization records or a waiver). All forms must be submitted before your child’s first day with us.
